Steak & Tteok Stir Fry

Ingredients How To Make
  1. Cook and boil tteok. Drain.
  2. Chop half an onion and 3 stalks of green onion. Cut and wash mushrooms.
  3. Rehydrate garlic and ginger with water.
  4. Cook steak to desired temperature in a pan with oil. Add garlic, ginger, and veggies in the pan.
  5. Into the same pan, combine 2 tbsp citron grain syrup, 2 tbsp Meshil plum extract, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and ½ tsp sesame oil.
  6. Stir until all ingredients are mixed together.
  7. Enjoy.
