- Cook and boil tteok. Drain.
- Chop half an onion and 3 stalks of green onion. Cut and wash mushrooms.
- Rehydrate garlic and ginger with water.
- Cook steak to desired temperature in a pan with oil. Add garlic, ginger, and veggies in the pan.
- Into the same pan, combine 2 tbsp citron grain syrup, 2 tbsp Meshil plum extract, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and ½ tsp sesame oil.
- Stir until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Enjoy.
