Ganjang Gyeran (Pickled Soy Sauce Egg)


How To Make
  1. Boil eggs for 8 min. Shock and peel.
  2. Add all ingredients in container with a lid, ratio 2 (Water) : 1 (Soy Sauce).
  3. Mix well until all is dissolved.
  4. Submerge eggs.
  5. Pickle for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator..
  6. Enjoy!
