We're always looking for new and unique side dishes to bring to the table, for we know there are countless combinations of flavors that can be presented. This Cucumber Salad is just one of the many we present to you and frankly, one of our favorites for how easy, yet delicious it always turns out.
With only a light drizzle of seasoning, this Cucumber Salad is perfect to pair with fresh green salads, a main protein dish or even with some rice for an even heartier meal! The light, yet satisfying crunch of the fresh cucumbers will be just as satisfying as the slight umami and nutty flavors from the seasonings we have tossed along with the cucumbers. Enjoy!
- ½ Red Onion
- 1 Tbsp Seolim Premium Tuna Seasoning Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chung-O Sesame Oil
- Chung-O Roasted Sprout Black Sesame
How to Make
Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion.
Add 1 tbsp of Seolim Premium Tuna Seasoning Sauce.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of Chung-O Sesame Oil then toss.
Sprinkle Chung-O Roasted Sprout Black Sesame and you’re all set.
