1. Boil the buckwheat noodles in boiling water for 4 to 4 ½ mins.

2. Rinse the boiled noodles several times in cold water and remove excess water as much as possible.

3. Place the noodles in a bowl and gently mix with perilla oil and soy sauce.

4. Sprinkle perilla seed powder and seaweed powder over the mixed noodles to complete.
