The white powder on the surface is simply natural maltose, indicating their premium quality—similar to the sugar on dried persimmons.

한국산 고구마로 만들어 안심하고 내어줄 수 있는 또또맘의 리얼 빼빼구마를 소개합니다. 달콤한 고구마마만을 골랄 숙성과 전처리 과정을 거치고 잘 말린다음 한 봉에 담아냈어요. 껍찔째 찌고 난 후 껍질을 벗겨 수분과 당이 빠져나가지 않게 세심하게 신경을 써 고구마 본연의 은은한 단맛과 담백한 풍미가 잘 살아있지요. 길쭉한 모양으로 만들어 아이가 혼자 손에 쥐고 먹기에도 좋아요. 소포장되어 외출시 하나씩 챙겨 나가기에 편리하게 제격일 거에요.

주의사항 : 리얼 빼빼구마 표면의 하얀 가루는 고구마에서 표출되어 나온 당분 (맥아당) 이에요. 품질에 문제가 없으니 안심하고 드세요. (곶감의 하얀 분이 피는것과 동일한 현상입니다.)

제품에 간혹 실처럼 보이거나 표면 일부가 검은색을 띠는것은 고구마의 섬유질 조각 혹은 껍질이에요.
