Description
Ms. Gyesook Cho uses only the highest quality soybeans from Uiryeong, Gyeongsangnam-do (경상남도 의령) to create this product. The soybeans are carefully boiled, dried, roasted, and finely ground to make the powder.
Cold soybean soup is a summer specialty in Korea, perfect for beating the heat. It's so easy to make soup! Just mix 1⅓ cups of water and one packet of powder. Add cooked noodles (we love Suyeon Somyeon Noodles), veggies like sliced cucumber, and a boiled egg, and you’ll have a delicious meal ready in minutes.

How to make your own Soy Milk Cold Noodle Soup
Ingredients you need:

One pack of Soybean Powder

1 ⅓ cup of water
-
Boiled noodles (we recommend Suyeon Somyeon)

Optional: sliced cucumber, kimchi, boiled egg or vegetables
Recipes:

Cook noodles in boiling water. Suyeon Somyeon is done in 2 and a half minutes.

Add this powder into 1 ⅓ cup of water, and mix well.

Add noodles into the soybean powder and water mixture with vegetables and eggs if desired. Putting some ice cubes on the noodles is a great idea.
조계숙 명인은 경남 의령에서 수확한 콩만을 사용해요. 콩을 일단 쪄서 건조한 후 볶아서 분쇄하고 가공합니다. 콩의 영양분이 그대로 살아 있어요. 간편하게 물만 타서 고소한 콩국을 만들어 두었다가 시원하게 드셔보세요.
콩가루 맛있게 드시는 법:

320ml 분량 (1 ⅓ 컵)의 물에 콩가루 한 팩을 넣어 잘 섞으면 콩국 1인분이 되어요.

삶은 국수를 찬물에 헹궈 그릇에 담은 뒤 준비한 콩국물을 붓고 오이채와 김치 등을 올리면 끝! 샐러드, 회초장, 밥에 곁들여 먹을 수 있는 등 다양하게 조리 가능합니다.
