Special Instruction: Keep this rice in the refrigerator.  Store each rice separately in sealed containers for the best quality. 

Storage Method:

Please keep this rice in the refrigerator. Our farmers use a little amount of pesticide and skip the smokey pesticide process which eliminates even bug eggs. Storing the rice in a moist or warm area can possibly hatch rice eggs that are not removed because of the farmers minimal processing. Storage in the refrigerator will also maintain the freshness.

Which rice breed tastes the best?  This is one of the most frequently asked questions from our customers.  It’s a difficult question as everyone has different palates and preferences.  So, we created rice samplers.  You can taste them and find out your favorite one among our offerings.

Organic Samgwang: Samgwang means it shines three times: as a rice plant in the field, as freshly milled grains, and finally, when it’s perfectly cooked. Known for its exceptional taste and impressive production yields, Samgwang is one of Korea's most beloved rice varieties. 

Golden Queen III: This is our bestseller—and for good reason. Loved by renowned chefs and home cooks alike, this exceptional rice offers the perfect balance of flavor, aroma, and quality.

유기농 삼광: ‘삼광 (三光)'은 벼일 때, 도정할 때, 밥을 지을 때 세 번 빛이 난다고 하여 붙여진 이름이에요.  품질이 뛰어나고 수확량도 풍부하며 밥맛도 좋은 쌀을 만들기 위해 한국에서 개발한 프리미엄 품종이지요.  알이 잘고 잘 여문 데다 은은한 향과 단맛이 일품입니다.  지금은 대한민국 대표 쌀 품종으로 자리를 잡았지요. 

골든퀸: 골든퀸은 베스트셀러 쌀입니다.  수많은 미식가와 유명 셰프들이 이 쌀을 선택하는 이유는 분명합니다.  풍미, 향, 그리고 품질까지 모든 면에서 완벽한 균형을 자랑하니까요. 일반적으로 키가 큰 벼 일수록 밥맛이 뛰어나지만, 바람에 약해 생산량이 적다는 단점이 있습니다.  골든퀸은 키 큰 벼가 가진 깊은 풍미를 유지하면서도, 단단하고 안정적인 짧은 벼의 장점을 동시에 갖춘 최고의 품종이에요.
