Red Balloon Flower & Pear Jelly

Ddoddomom has done it again.  They have taken the fermented Korean red balloon flower, which has 2 to 3 times more saponin content than regular balloon flower, and mixed it in a golden ratio with polyphenol-rich pear juice to make yummy-licious jellies.  They are sweetened with apple and quince fruit so that children will reach for them in a heartbeat.    And because they also contain 7 kinds of plant extracts (loofah, beetroot, jujube, licorice, ginger, green beans, and Chinese cabbage) that contain substances necessary during a child’s growth period, parents will be eager to add them to their shopping bags. 

The chewy jellies become soft at room temperature and firmer when refrigerated.  Go with whichever way your child prefers!

일반 도라지보다 사포닌 함량이 2~3배 높은 한국산 발효 홍도라지와 폴리페놀 풍부한 배즙을  황금비율로 섞고 젤리로 완성했어요.  아이들이 먹기 조금 더 쉬우라고 단 맛은 사과와 모과로 끌어올리고, 7가지 식물혼합 추출액(수세미, 유근피, 대추, 감초, 생강, 작두콩, 곰보 배추)으로  성장기에 필요한 성분을 채웠답니다.
