The wild herb and vegetable specialty corporation Seolaksan Green Foods opened its doors in 1973 under the name Osaek Produce, producing and selling dried namul, mushroom, and medicinal herb products for 50 years under the brand called Masua (a Korean word that means βtastyβ in the Gangwon-do dialect of the Yeongdong region). Following traditional methods, the company continues to offer healthy, trusting products manufactured in a clean and hygienic facility.
Dedicated to developing trend-fitting food products drawing from its lifelong experience, Seokaksan Green Foods now offers a myriad of meal replacement, retort, processed seafood, and new creations under the brand Yangyang Quality.

Description
Myeongyi-namul is the only mountainous herb with a garlic-like flavor, most often paired with grilled meat. The myeongi plant, grown mainly in Gangwon-do and the island of Ulleungdo, is usually pickled for storage as it is only available for a short season.
Pickled Myeongyi-namul by Yangyang Quality uses only myeongyi grown in the pristine region of Gangwon-do, offering the plant's unique flavor in a clean-tasting sauce. Pickled, yes, but that doesnβt mean we lose out on texture, with leaves of perfect thickness that are firm yet not tough.
Zesty but not abrasive, this sweet and sour banchan marries beautifully with rice and, even better, grilled meat.
Storage is easy with a sealed, round plastic case. Refrigerate after opening.
