Description

Whole grains like rice and barley are most nutritious in their natural, unrefined state. While brown rice is a popular choice for health enthusiasts, its coarse texture and longer digestion time can sometimes be a deterrent.   This means you can enjoy all the health benefits without compromising on taste or convenience.

Rice is a staple in Korean food, but having white rice day after day can be a bit monotonous.  So many epicureans opt to mix things up, literally, by adding grains.  Chung-O brings you a new brown rice that will help vary your rice choices along with being healthier.  Brown rice is often used as an alternative to white rice because of some health benefits and a unique earthy taste. 

Unlike traditional brown rice which requires lengthy soaking, Chung-O’s sprouted brown rice can be ready in no time.  It undergoes a special sprouting process so it has an enhanced nutritional profile and makes the texture much softer and easier to digest.  Just rinse it a couple of times, and it’s ready to cook.

쌀, 보리 등 곡류는 정제되지 않은 자연 그대로의 상태일 때 영양이 가장 풍부하다고 하죠.  그래서 건강을 생각하면 현미밥을 챙기게 되지만 가슬한 식감과 소화에 시간이 걸린다는 단점 때문에 결심이 흔들리게 되는데요.  청오건강의 무농약 발아현미는 특수한 발아 공정을 거치면서 식감은 부드러워지고 영양소는 더욱 풍부해졌어요.  오랜 시간 불려야 하는 기존 현미와는 달리 한 두 번 씻고 바로 밥을 지으면 됩니다.  무농약이라 더욱 안심하고 드실 수 있고 이유식에도 적당합니다.  입맛에 맞게 흰쌀에 현미를 섞거나 현미만으로 맛이 좋고 영양가 있는 식사를 하실 수 있을 거에요.
