This premium rice, developed by the Gyeonggi Provincial Agricultural Research Institute, features low protein content and a soft, sticky texture with subtle sweetness. It’s perfect for everyday meals, kimbap, and sushi, with distinct, lively grains that offer a gentle, lingering sweetness.

Cooking instructions (stovetop): Use a 2:1 water-to-rice ratio. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer covered on low for 8 minutes. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes off the heat before serving.

This specialty rice is vacuum-sealed; packaging may be susceptible to bursting during transit. To protect the rice, it is additionally packaged in a secondary rice storage bag for easy transfer and storage if needed.
