Description
Guksu (국수) is a traditional Korean noodle dish served on special occasions. Master Kim’s noodles use only natural, seasonal ingredients to create vibrant colors without additives. Each noodle is handcrafted and aged uniquely for optimal taste and texture.
These noodles elevate everyday meals—great for bibim-guksu, kong-guksu, or even pasta. Their chewy bite and full flavor shine even with minimal seasoning like perilla oil and salt.
국수는 귀한 손님이나 경사스러운 날에 먹던 전통 음식입니다. 이 국수는 인공색소 없이 자연 원재료만으로 색을 내고, 수작업으로 반죽과 숙성을 거쳐 만듭니다.
비빔국수, 콩국수는 물론 파스타로도 활용 가능하며, 들기름과 천일염만으로도 깊은 맛을 느낄 수 있습니다.
Ingredients:
- Chive: 67% wheat flour, 20% chives, 10% rice, 2.7% sea salt
- Sweet Pumpkin: 67% wheat flour, 20% sweet pumpkin, 10% rice, 2.7% sea salt
- Beet: 67% wheat flour, 20% beet, 10% rice, 2.7% sea salt
- White Rice: 77% wheat flour, 20% rice, 2.7% sea salt
- Black Rice: 77% wheat flour, 20% black rice, 2.7% sea salt
Cooking Instructions: Boil for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Rinse in cold water. Best enjoyed with perilla oil and sea salt to taste each noodle’s clean flavor.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Avoid direct sunlight.

Grand Noodle was founded in 1987 by Kim Hyun Kyu in Geochang, Korea. Frustrated by flavorless wheat noodles, he devoted himself to crafting healthy noodles made from whole, natural ingredients. His Five Colored Noodles reflect a philosophy of balance and integrity.
The noodles are renowned among Korean celebrities and were never intended for export due to limited production. Thanks to a special partnership, Kim’C Market now brings this rare, artisanal noodle to U.S. customers.
거창한국수는 김현규 장인이 1987년 창업했습니다. 밀가루 국수의 한계를 느껴 영양가 있는 재료로 맛있는 국수를 만들겠다는 신념으로 시작했지요.
소량 생산으로 국내 유명인 사이에서만 알려졌으나, 김씨마켓이 특별히 협의해 미국 고객께 소개할 수 있게 되었습니다.
