It's made with good Korean ingredients and organic sugar, and it skips the MSG, synthetic flavoring, and additives that instant sauces tend to lean on. How to make it

Add the powder to hot water and stir for a minute or two, until it thickens into a glossy sauce — then spoon it over noodles for jjajangmyeon or over rice for jjajangbap. Want it heartier? Stir-fry a little diced pork with onion, zucchini, and potato first, then add the powder and water and let it simmer together. Either way, a few slivers of fresh cucumber on top finish it off.
