The pears are grown in clean Jirisan, sliced whole, freeze-dried with no additives.  The only ingredients are the pears. 사과는 저장성이 뛰어나 쉽게 구할수 있어요.다만 제철 제품이 아니면 푸석푸서해지고 과즙도 부족하죠. 갈변이 쉽게일어나 바로 먹지않으면 색과 향이 떨어진다는 단점이 있지요. 그래도 이 맛난 사과를 포기할수는 없잖아요. 사과는 다른 과일칩보다 더 식감도 부드럽고 맛도 훨씬  부드러워요.

사회적 기업 에코맘 산골이유식은 경남 하동군 산골짜기에 위치해있어요. 지리산 골짜기에서 나고 자라는 제철 재료들을 이용해서 제품들을 만들고있고요. 농약과 합성 화학비료등을 거부한 청정토지에서 재배한 유기농쌀과 신선한 지역의 농산물을 구매하고, 특히 로컬푸드를 최대한 활용하여 아이들을 위한 이유식이나 스낵을  만들고, 원재료는 모두 100% 국내산을 사용하고 있다. 이모든 제품들을 “내 딸이 먹는 음식이다 “라고 생각하며 지금도 열심히 만들고 있습니다
