Where the flavor comes from

The noodles are made with buckwheat grown in the fields of Korea's Gangwon Province, giving them a springy chew that holds up beautifully to the punchy sauce. The included gochujang sauce brings that signature sweet-hot-tangy balance, coating every strand for a dish that's spicy but never one-note.

Chef's tip
