Description

Fresh from the sea, to your plate – this assorted dried seaweed is easy to prepare and super nutritious.  Just hydrate in cold water for a few minutes, then toss with your favorite dressing for a quick seaweed salad, mix with pickled cucumbers for a crunchy banchan (side dish, 반찬), or garnish on top of bibimbap or noodles.

One bag contains a single serving consisting of 7 different types of seaweed, all domestically grown and small batch-harvested in Korea.  Seaweed is incredibly high in minerals, rich in fiber, and low in calories – a healthy and beautiful addition to your dinner table.

맑고 깨끗한 바다 속에서만 사는 해초는 얼마나 영양분이 높고 맛있을까요?  바다숲은 우리에게 익숙한 미역과 다시마, 귀한 불등가사리까지 모두 국산 해초만 모아 모듬 해초를 선보입니다.  이 해초를 잘 말린 후 고루 섞어 담고, 한 번 먹을만큼만 포장했어요.  그 어떤 첨가물 없이 해초 그대로 건조했기에 찬물에 약간만 불려주면 맛과 향이 생생하게 살아납니다.  입맛이 떨어진 날에 간단하게 해초 비빔밥, 해초 비빔면을 만들어 드셔보세요.  해산물을 넣고 샐러드로 드시면 한층 다채로운 식감을 즐기실 수 있을 거에요.
