Description

With absolutely no sugar added to Father’s Hill products, the jams consist of the finest nutrition without compromising on taste. The jams are sweetened with the company’s famous grain syrup made only from rice and barley. The sweetness comes from the natural sugar extraction that occurs through organic grain condensation.

Strawberry

The strawberries used are from Nonsan, a region famous for high quality strawberry production.

Fig

The figs used are from Youngam, Jeonnam Province. The jam is great for mixing into yogurts, breads, or for any charcuterie board for wine nights!

Yuja/Citron

The yuja is from Goheung, Jeonnam Province. A good use case for this citrus jam is mixing it in warm water in winter time to make a citrus tea.

Blueberry

The blueberries used are from Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi province, known for producing high quality blueberries.

Purple Sweet Potato

Although you can enjoy it as a jam, this blend can also be used to make a latte for busy professionals and students who are constantly on the go. Mix 2.5 cups of warm or cold milk with 1 tablespoon of the purple sweet potato jam to make a sweet rich latte! The sweet potatoes used are from Goheung, Jeonnam Province.

Apple

A premium apple jam made with the finest Korean apples, sweetened not with sugar but with rice syrup—offering a naturally gentle, wholesome sweetness.

딸기

쌀과 보리로만 만든 곡물당을 100% 국내산 딸기로 만든 잼에 넣은 딸기잼 입니다.  타사 잼에는 빠지지 않는 설탕과 팩틴(응고제)이 전혀 들어 있지 않고, 오직 국내산 딸기와 곡물당만 들어있는 건강한 잼 입니다.  우리나라 최고의 딸기 재배지인 충청남도 논산의 딸기로 만듭니다.

무화과

딸 나희에 대한 사랑이 가득 담긴 아빠랑 무설탕 무화과잼은 무화과 산지로 유명한 전라남도 영암의 무화과 100%, 쌀과 보리로 만든 곡물당만 넣어 만들었어요.  갑자기 문득 무화과가 먹고 싶을땐 달콤하고 향긋한 아빠랑 무화과 잼을 빵에 바르거나, 요거트에 잘 섞어 드셔보세요.  

유자

유자의 맛과 향을 은은하게 즐길 수 있는 무설탕 유자잼에는 설탕이 전혀 들어있지 않아요.  과육이 없는 스프레드 제형으로 빵이나 요거트에 쉽게 바르거나 섞을 수 있어요.  겨울철엔 따뜻한 물에 녹여 유자차로도 즐겨보세요!  국내 최고의 유자산지인 전라남도 고흥의 유자만 사용합니다. 

블루베리

국내산 블루베리로 만든 무설탕 블루베리잼은 설탕이나 첨가물 대신 국내산 천연 곡물당을 넣어 만들었어요. 상큼하고 달콤한 블루베리가 그대로 들어있어 과육이 적당히 씹히는 재미있는 식감이에요.  블루베리 역시 한국 최대의 산지인 경기도 평택에 소재한 밝은세상농장의 블루베리만 사용합니다.  

자색고구마

Father Hill’s was founded by Juho, a young father who turned to organic farming to help heal his daughter Nahee’s severe eczema. He left his career in engineering and returned to his hometown of Goheung, Korea, where he began growing clean, local grains and ingredients.

At the heart of Father Hill’s jams is a traditional Korean grain syrup (jocheong)—made by slow-boiling grains for over 13 hours with no sugar or additives. This gentle, natural sweetness comes purely from fruit and whole grains.

Thanks to this clean lifestyle, Nahee has now fully recovered, and Juho continues to craft products that are organic, family-driven, and made with purpose. Since 2013, Father Hill’s has remained committed to natural Korean ingredients, zero additives, and healthy alternatives—a philosophy captured in their logo, lovingly drawn by Nahee herself.

아빠랑은 딸 나희의 아토피를 고치기 위해 아버지 주호가 직접 유기농 재배를 시작하며 탄생한 브랜드입니다. 반도체 엔지니어였던 그는 일을 그만두고 가족과 함께 전남 고흥으로 내려가, 깨끗한 자연 속에서 직접 곡물과 식재료를 키우기 시작했지요.

아빠랑 잼의 핵심은 13시간 이상 곡물을 달여 만든 전통 조청으로, 정제당이나 첨가물 없이 과일과 곡물 고유의 단맛만을 담아 만들어졌어요.  딸 나희는 지금 완전히 건강을 회복했으며, 그 경험을 바탕으로 2013년부터 아빠랑은 건강한 식재료, 무첨가 조리법, 가족 중심 철학을 지켜오고 있지요.  과일 포함 모든 원료가 한국산이에요.
