This simple dish is a healthy snack and tasty addition as a side dish.
- 2 Large broccoli heads
- 3 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp Chung-O Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Chop broccoli into florets.
- Bring water to a boil, add broccoli florets.
- Wait ten seconds and immediately remove from water. Drain water.
- Throw into a bowl and toss with Chung-O Sesame Oil, green onion, and salt to taste.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds.
