At its center is Seoga’s Apple Ginger Extract, a slow-crafted concentrate based on a traditional royal recipe. Over the course of 100 hours, Korean ginger and apples are gently cooked down to build depth, warmth, and texture. Finely chopped ginger is added before brewing, giving the extract its signature chewy, almost candied bite and rich body.
