This crispy corn is more than a snack.  It's a story of resilience and love.

Growing up in Vietnam, Chef Hang watched her mother turn hardship into something beautiful. During the war, her uncle grew glutinous corn — one of the few things the family could afford. Her mother began frying the kernels and tossing them with chili, mushroom, salt, and sugar, creating a recipe born out of necessity and perfected with care.

Decades later, Chef Hang carries that memory forward through Noodle Girl — bringing authentic Vietnamese flavors, crafted with integrity, to tables far beyond her homeland.


이 크리스피 콘은 단순한 스낵이 아닙니다. 한 가족의 삶과 사랑이 담긴 이야기입니다.

베트남에서 자란 쉐프 항(Chef Hang)은 어린 시절, 어머니가 가난과 전쟁 속에서도 맛있는 음식을 만들어내는 모습을 지켜봤습니다. 전쟁 중 삼촌이 재배한 찰옥수수는 집에서 구할 수 있는 가장 저렴한 식재료였고, 어머니는 그 옥수수 알갱이를 기름에 튀겨 고추·버섯·소금·설탕으로 버무리는 레시피를 만들었습니다.

수십 년이 지난 지금, 쉐프 항은 그 기억을 Noodle Girl이라는 브랜드로 이어가고 있습니다.
