Description

With its naturally dreamy purple color, Ube is one glam yam beloved in the Philippines. Earthy, velvety, and creamy — often compared to taro or vanilla, but distinctly its own thing. That vivid violet hue? No food coloring — that's just ube doing what ube does. Paired with the bouncy KiuKiu mochi base, it makes a pancake that's as gorgeous on the plate as it is satisfying to bite into. Each pack makes approximately 16 mochi pancakes or 6 waffles. Leftovers freeze very well and are excellent toasted for a quick snack.

Serving suggestion: Greek yogurt, chilli crisp, and a drizzle of honey.
