Shine Bianco is a white wine vinegar made from premium Shine Muscat grapes grown in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do—Korea's top Shine Muscat exporting region. With a total acidity of 4% or higher, it delivers a clean, refreshing sourness, while the muscat's natural sweetness keeps every drop rounded and aromatic rather than sharp. It's the lightest and brightest of the Gradévole range: where the White balances gentle aroma with fresh acidity and the Black leans rich and sweet, the Bianco is all crisp muscat freshness.

Use it wherever a fine white wine vinegar shines: whisk it into vinaigrettes and dressings, brighten sauces and marinades, finish seafood and salads, or stir a spoonful into sparkling water for a refreshing muscat cooler.

Top 1% Shine Muscat from the highlands of Sangju

The grapes come from Moseo-myeon in Sangju, a pristine highland region some 300 meters above sea level. Grown under bright sunlight through all four seasons, only the top 1% of Shine Muscat is selected. The farmers of Moseo village live slowly but fully, and that patience is exactly what a fine vinegar needs—long aging draws out deep flavor and aroma, a symbol of the care behind every bottle.
