Father’s Hill jams redefine sweetness by eliminating refined sugar and relying solely on jocheong, a traditional Korean grain syrup made from rice and barley, simmered for over 13 hours. Each jar preserves the fruit’s natural character while offering a delicate, balanced flavor.

Father’s Hill began with a young father, Juho, who wanted to create food his daughter Nahee could safely enjoy despite her severe eczema. Believing diet could help her heal, he left his engineering career and returned to his hometown of Goheung to farm organic grains and fruits.

Out of this commitment came the traditional grain syrup at the heart of Father’s Hill jams—made with only rice and barley, boiled down for over 13 hours into natural jocheong. Today, Father’s Hill continues to produce jams and spreads without refined sugar or additives, earning HACCP certification for safety and trust. The brand’s logo, drawn by Nahee herself, reflects its founding philosophy: family, health, and simple happiness.

Father’s Hill은 딸 나희가 아토피로 마음껏 먹지 못하는 것을 안타까워한 아버지 주호 씨의 사랑에서 시작되었습니다. “먹을 수 있는 건강한 음식을 직접 만들자”는 결심으로 반도체 엔지니어 일을 그만두고 전남 고흥 고향으로 내려가 유기농 곡물과 과일을 재배하며 잼을 만들기 시작했지요.

그렇게 탄생한 것이 Father’s Hill 잼의 핵심, 조청 곡물당입니다. 쌀과 보리를 13시간 이상 정성껏 고아낸 조청으로만 단맛을 내고, 설탕이나 첨가물을 전혀 쓰지 않습니다. 현재는 HACCP 인증을 획득해 안전성과 품질을 인정받았으며, 로고 역시 딸 나희가 직접 그린 그림으로 가족과 건강, 행복의 가치를 상징합니다.
