About

Anh left Vietnam with her parents, Mamma Thu & Pappa Le, when she was just 6 years old. They survived pirate attacks and found refuge in the United States in the late 1980s. Years later, Anh & her parents settled down in St. Louis, MO where Anh attended school for nursing. Anh met Joseph in 2004, got married in 2008 & ended up settling down in Texas in 2013. Fast forward to the 2020 pandemic when all of the pho restaurants were shut down Anh joined forces with Mama Thu in order to create an authentic pho ready in minutes! We are excited to share PhoLicious with the world, and bring authentic pho from our home to yours!
