• Bellflower Extract (도라지청): Made with 3–4 year-old Korean bellflowers grown in nutrient-rich soils of Yeoju and Andong. Steamed and simmered for over 100 hours, the extract preserves a chewy texture and rich, bittersweet flavor.
  
  

• Kumquat Jeonggwa (귤정과): A festive snack enjoyed since the Goryeo Dynasty. Korean kumquats are carefully candied over three days for a chewy bite and a sweet-sour taste that’s bright and refreshing.
  
  

• Soybean Powder Bellflower Jeonggwa (콩고물 도라지정과): Bite-sized bellflower confections dusted in nutty soybean powder, with a balance of chewy sweetness and a hint of bellflower’s natural bitterness—like a refined injeolmi.
