We roast our black sesame fresh, then grind it fine — so by the time it hits the batter, that deep, nutty warmth is already woven into every bite. There's something quietly special about black sesame: earthy, a little sweet, with a richness that lingers. Paired with the signature KiuKiu chew, it's the kind of breakfast you find yourself thinking about on a Tuesday. Each pack makes ~16 mochi pancakes or 6 waffles. Extras freeze beautifully — toast them straight from frozen for a snack that feels like a treat.
