Seolsung Ranch, established in 1976, is committed to "farm-to-table" safety and freshness, raising antibiotic-free Korean beef in a scientifically managed, HACCP-certified environment. Calves are pasture-raised over 25만 평 자연 초지, ensuring strong immunity and excellent meat quality.

The beef set includes premium cuts: two 500g packs of sirloin, one 500g pack of bulgogi, and one 500g pack of beef for soup (국거리) selected from brisket, shank, front leg, round, or round chuck—totaling 2 kg. All beef is grade 1 or higher, domestically sourced, and must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

Delivery is guaranteed within Korea only, with free shipping nationwide except possible 1-2 day delays to Jeju and remote areas. Orders placed before 7 PM EST arrive in Korea within 3 business days; weekend and holiday shipping is not available to ensure freshness. To request a specific delivery date, please leave a note when ordering.
