Our story began in 1982 in Chongqing, China, when my mother opened a tiny hotpot restaurant that could barely fit three tables. Her ingenuity led to the creation of the Yuan Yang Pot, a revolutionary design that splits the hotpot broth in two. This simple yet transformative invention redefined the hotpot experience for generations and earned her the title “Hotpot Queen,” inspiring our brand name.
Continuing the family legacy, I proudly present Hotpot Queen—a line of spicy and tingly condiments that capture the essence of Sichuan’s bold flavors. Each product is a tribute to the vibrant, fiery spirit of my hometown, designed to bring the rich culinary tradition of Sichuan right to your table.
