Meet our Bulgogi Sauce.Designed to season both bulgogi and galbi with one simple pour, every ingredient was thoughtfully selected. Starting with a Korean soy sauce base, the sauce is layered with a rich umami broth made from shiitake mushroom, katsuobushi, kelp, and anchovy — then blended with freshly ground Korean apple, ginger, and onion for a bright, fresh depth of flavor. Finished with Korean grape and pear concentrate, the sweetness is natural, balanced, and never overdone. No preservatives, no artificial additives — just real ingredients that deliver a rich, savory-sweet marinade that clings to every bite.

How to use: Add 60g(2.12 oz) of sauce per 100g (0.22lb) of meat, marinate for 30 minutes, and pan-fry to perfection.
