Description

We source only the finest 3–4 year-old Korean bellflower roots (Platycodon grandiflorus) from two of Korea's most pristine pesticide-free farming regions — Dangsan Village in Yeoju and Okya Village in Andong — where clean, nutrient-rich soil allows the roots to develop their fullest natural saponins, antioxidants, and immune-supporting compounds.

Every root is handled with the utmost care, slowly boiled and steamed along its natural grain to lock in moisture, tenderness, and the pure nutritional essence of the plant — free from artificial additives, preservatives, or shortcuts.
