Both are Grade 1 or higher hanwoo raised antibiotic-free on Sulsung Farm's pasture and processed by the farm itself — good beef you can give with confidence.

How to cook it

For the bulgogi, marinate in soy, garlic, a little pear or sugar, and sesame, then sear quickly over high heat and serve with rice and lettuce for wrapping. Leftovers are just as good folded into fried rice, a sandwich, or a grain bowl. The soup cuts want time: simmer them long and low for a clear beef-and-radish soup or a homestyle stew, skimming as you go, until the broth turns rich and the meat pulls apart.
