Kim'C Market's Saechungmu rice is 100% single origin Korean rice, freshly milled and selected for its quality, flavor, and the integrity of how it's grown. Our farmers use minimal pesticides and skip the heavy processing that strips rice of its natural character. The result is rice that tastes the way rice is supposed to taste — clean, fragrant, and deeply satisfying. Store it in the refrigerator to maintain freshness and keep it away from strong odors.
The Soil Baker Gamasot Bowl was designed to make that rice look and feel like it deserves. Shaped after the traditional Korean gamasot — the cast iron cauldron that has been the soul of Korean kitchens for centuries — this porcelain bowl brings that same warmth to the modern table. Made from a blend of Sancheong and white porcelain clay, fired at 1,250°C until food-stain-resistant and durable. The hinoki wood lid, naturally antibacterial and moisture-resistant, keeps the rice warm and adds a quiet, considered beauty to the whole thing.
