When rinsing, use clean, filtered water gently, as the dry grains absorb water quickly. Avoid scrubbing; simply let water flow through the rice.

Cooking Instructions (Stovetop):
Use water about 3/4 to 1 inch above rice (add slightly more for brown rice). Boil uncovered, then simmer covered on low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let rest covered for another 10 minutes before serving.
