Description

Sometimes, the simplest flavors bring the most comfort. These dried zucchini slices come from Korean-grown summer squash, cleaned and hand-sliced before being sun- and air-dried the traditional way.
Just soak in water for 10–15 minutes and they plump right back up, retaining their natural sweetness and velvety texture.

Add to doenjang soup, stews, or stir-fry them lightly as a quick veggie banchan. They’re also great in bibimbap or rice bowls as a wholesome topping.
Because they’re dried, you can store them easily and use them whenever you need a quick, healthy side without a trip to the store.
