Description

Seongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is renowned for its premium chamoe (Korean melon), grown in an ideal basin with clean water and minimal winter fog, supplying most exported Korean melons.

Yugwa 유과, a traditional Korean confection made from glutinous rice flour, is a delicate deep-fried rice puff coated with natural jocheong 조청. Our Chamoe Jocheong Yugwa uses pesticide-free 100% Korean rice and is sweetened with chamoe jocheong from Seongju, rich in vitamins and folate.

The product is packaged in a convenient zip-lock pouch to preserve freshness. For an enhanced crunch, refrigerate for 10 minutes before enjoying.

경상북도 성주는 당도 높고 품질 좋은 참외로 유명하며, 풍부한 청정수와 겨울 안개가 거의 없는 분지 지형이 재배에 최적입니다. 한국산 참외 수출의 대부분이 이 지역에서 생산됩니다.
