Manjun Seaweed is known for quality gim.  Produced at a gim farm located off the southwest coast of Korea.  Majun follows traditional cultivation methods using only the power of nature, sea breeze and sunlight.  This process is completed with great care and procured in small yields.  What results is the pure and rich flavor of the sea.

만전김은 서남해안 청정해역 무인도에 위치한 김 양식장에서 옛 방식 그대로 길러냅니다.  바다에 떠다니는 천연 포자를 김발에 자연적으로 착상시킨 후 조수간만 차를 이용해 김발을 뒤집는 방식을 사용합니다.  자연의 힘, 바닷바람과 햇살로만 길러냅니다.  화학 처리는 없습니다.  햇빛과 해풍에 노출해 원초가 건강하고 맛이 뛰어나지요.  이렇게 옛 방식 그대로 길러내려면 수확량도 적고 시간도 오래 걸리는데요.  그만큼 일반 김과는 차이가 큰, 김 고유의 풍부한 맛을 느낄 수 있답니다.

Manjun, the eco-friendly premium gim producer which started as a dried seafood specialty store in 1979, is excited about their latest product – the Triangle Kimbap Kit.  The kit includes a triangular mold, plastic packaging, and even stickers, so picnics with the kids or that fun day-trip can begin with some fun in the kitchen.  Season the rice with salt, vinegar, and a little bit of sugar, then drizzle sesame oil all over.  Get creative with the fillings and now you have your own special triangle kimbap!
