We visit many farms and talk with farmers to ensure we always have the best quality rice. For rice cake, rice is the most fundamental ingredient. It’s almost a natural regression for us to produce our rice cake using natural ingredients and our wholesome, high quality, and delicious single-origin rice.
떡의 기본 재료는 쌀이지요. 김씨마켓은 쌀을 매우 중요시해서 한국의 농장을 직접 찾아다니면서 맛있고 건강한 쌀을 확보해 왔지요. 싱글오리진 단일품종을 고객이 원하실 때 정미해서 드리기 때문에 언제나 신선하고 맛있는 쌀을 공급할 수 있어요. 신선하고 건강한 쌀로 떡을 만들자는 저희의 계획은 그래서 자연스럽기까지 합니다.
Description
Korean rice cakes (tteok, 떡) in five gorgeous colors will elevate your dining experience. Whitish rice dough is of single-origin, high quality Korean white rice that Kim’C Market mills. We normally use Charm Dream rice that we mill. That means it’s super fresh. Then we create colors by grinding mugwort (sometimes mulberry), pumpkin, black rice, and beet. We mix the dough with freshly ground natural ingredients with a pinch of salt, brown sugar and sesame seeds to produce the delicious five colored natural rice cakes.
The steamed rice cakes are long. We let them cool down for two days, then cut them into smaller pieces of tteok. Vacuum-sealed with a small pack of desiccant. Consume the rice cake upon its arrival, or keep it in your freezer.

다섯 빛깔의 아름다움을 지닌 오색꿀떡을 소개합니다. 싱글오리진 한국산 고급 멥쌀, 참드림을 백미로 바로 정미하여 떡을 만듭니다. 맛은 물론 신선함에서 기존의 떡과는 큰 차이를 느끼실 거에요. 뽀얀 떡 반죽에 쑥, 호박, 흑미와 비트를 혼합한 뒤 쫀득하게 치대어 색을 입혀 주었습니다. 방부제나 다른 첨가제 전혀 없이 재료와 약간의 소금과 흑설탕 그리고 참깨로 떡을 만들었어요. 김씨마켓이 정미하는 신선한 백미를 기본으로 합니다.
