Tosok Restaurant, which holds the “Hundred Year Biz” outstanding business certification title, is a popular Gongju place that has been serving Korean food, such as doenjang stew, for two generations with their homemade traditional doenjang and gochujang.
Fresheasy has joined hands with Tosok Restaurant to create River Snail Doenjang Stew, a savory marriage of rich doenjang with plump, juicy freshwater snails called wooreong in Korean.
It is one of the five “Hundred Year Biz” Meat-free Prepared Meal series, which has a savory flavor from the snails that deepens as you boil, matched by fiery hotness from the spicy Cheongyang chilies.
One package serves one and can be heated in boiling water or using an earthen pot or microwave. Boil longer to reduce it; you can enjoy it as a gang (stronger) doenjang stew.
따끈한 밥에 우렁 된장찌개 국물을 넣어 비벼 먹으면 다른 반찬 없어도 한끼 뚝딱이죠. 집에서 유명 맛집의 우렁 된장찌개를 편하게 먹을 수 있게 만들어진 ‘프레시지’의 간편식 ‘우렁 된장찌개’를 소개해 드려요.
2대를 걸쳐 이어져온 공주시의 대표 맛집인 ‘토속식당’은 전통 재래식 된장과 간장, 고추장을 직접 만들어서 숙성 시켜 만든 된장찌개로 고객들의 사랑을 받는 곳이예요.
