Description

Nenia Garlic Toast Bread is a snack bread everyone wants.  Its healthy ingredients are from pesticide-free farms in Korea: Korean wheat, Korean butter made of Korean milk (not margarine), minced Korean garlic and Korean parsley.  Once you take a crispy bite of this bread, your mouth will be full with rich, roasted garlic flavor.  This is a good companion to hot chocolate and other hot beverages.  A healthy snack option for kids.  With some savory food on top, this bread snack can serve a delicious canape. 

There’s no dough enhancer nor gluten in Nenia Garlic Toast Bread Snack.  This is a product of several hours of fermentation at a low temperature.    

네니아 마늘토스트는 무농약 한국산 밀과 100% 한국산 우유로 만든 천연버터 (마가린? 노, 노) 바게트에 국산 생마늘을 더했습니다.  인공적인 마늘향이 아니라 국산 생 마늘을 곱게 갈아 무농약 우리밀 바게트에 구워내어 마늘의 풍미가 가득합니다.  바삭한 식감에 많이 달지 않아 누구나 즐기실 수 있습니다.  핫초콜릿이나 따뜻한 음료와 아주 잘 어울리는 스낵이에요.  아이들 간식으로도 좋고, 과일이나 몇 가지 재료를 얹으면 훌륭한 카나페로 드실 수도 있습니다.

제빵 개량제나 글루텐을 전혀 사용하지 않고, 저온 장시간 발효하여 빵을 생산하기에 풍미가 뛰어납니다.  마가린이 아니라 국내산 천연버터를 사용했고 국내산 생마늘즙과 국내산 파슬리만을 를 사용합니다.
