About

Tucked in the southwestern part of Korea, Haenam has the largest farm area in the country.  It has many farmers and Haenam is particularly famous for its rice, cabbage and sweet potato.  Arum is grown and harvested by the farmers in the county.

Description

A famous Michelin-starred restaurant in Seoul, Korea blends this rice with Golden Queen and Samgwang for their customers to offer the best cooked rice experience.  Arum is sweet and its texture is sticky and soft.  With low protein amount, this rice is delicious even after it gets cold.  It makes Arum an excellent ingredient for gimbap (or gimbab) or sushi.
