Bellajin seaweed is a wild seaweed hand caught in Jeju sea at dawn by Jeju haenyeo (female diver). The haenyeos only harvest limited quantities at the peak season for the best quality seaweed. This special seaweed is cleaned and dried into an adorable star shape, that is not only pretty but also convenient to use for cooking.
