Description

Cold soybean soup is a summer specialty in Korea that’s perfect to beat the heat. To make the soup, simply add 1⅓ cups of water to one packet of powder and mix thoroughly. Add cooked noodles (we love Suyeon Somyeon Noodles), veggies (sliced cucumber is common), and boiled egg, and you have a delicious meal ready in minutes.

조계숙 명인은 경남 의령에서 수확한 콩만을 사용해요. 콩을 일단 쪄서 건조한 후 볶아서 분쇄하고 가공합니다. 콩의 영양분이 그대로 살아 있어요. 간편하게 물만 타서 고소한 콩국을 만들어 두었다가 시원하게 드셔보세요.



How to make your own Soy Milk Cold Noodle Soup

Ingredients you need:

  • One pack of Soybean Powder
  • 1 ⅓ cup of water
  • Boiled noodles (we recommend Suyeon Somyeon)
  • Optional: sliced cucumber, kimchi, boiled egg or vegetables

Recipe:

  • Add powder into 1 ⅓ cup of water
  • Mix well
  • Boil water
  • Add Suyeon Somyeon or noodles of your choice into boiling water, and take noodles out after 2 minutes and 30 seconds, or as recommended on the package
  • Add noodles into the soybean powder and water mixture with vegetables and eggs if desired. If you like a colder soup, add some ice cubes to the broth.


콩가루 맛있게 먹는 법:
320ml 분량 (1 ⅓ 컵)의 물에 콩가루 한 팩을 넣어 잘 섞으면 콩국 1인분이 되어요.
준비된 콩국에 삶은 국수를 찬물에 헹궈 그릇에 담은 뒤 콩국물을 붓고 오이채와 김치 등을 올려 콩국수를 만들어 먹거나 샐러드, 회초장, 밥에 곁들여 먹을 수 있는 등 다양하게 조리 가능합니다.
