Ecomom SanGol is located in the valley of Hadong-gun, Gyeongnam. Seasonal ingredients are grown in Jirisan Valley. Ecomom's Mountain Honey Chestnut is a chestnut grown in Jirisan, which is located in the northeast for the best condition to grow. The Sumjin River provides the chestnuts the advantage of growing 1.5 times larger and fuller than ordinary chestnuts.
In Donguibogam, chestnuts are considered the most beneficial fruit. It's the only nut in the world to have Vitamin C and has only a fourth of the calories compared to other nuts such as almonds and pecans. Although the shell and inner skin are removed using a unique method of de-shelling, the shape of the chestnut remains as it is. Glazed with Korean honey, the first bite is savory and soft with a sweet finish.
